Since its establishment in 2025, Swanam-ind has been dedicated to developing a comprehensive suite of barcode generation and decoding services, including Aztec Codes, Code-128 Barcodes, Data Matrix Codes, GS1-128 Barcodes, Healthcare Codes (Pharmacode One-Track, Pharmacode Two-Track, PZN8), ISBN & ISSN Barcodes, ITF-14 Barcodes, PDF417 Codes, QR Codes, UPC-A Barcodes, and EAN-13 Barcodes. Our flagship offerings — GS1-standard Digital Link Data Matrix and Digital Link QR Codes — demonstrate our commitment to international standards, innovation, and secure digital data management.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of Swanam-ind’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

4. Services Overview

Swanam-ind offers:

• Barcode Generation: Creation of standard and custom barcodes including QR, Data Matrix, GS1-128, and more.
• Barcode Decoding and Verification: Upload and decode barcodes for data validation and accuracy checks.
• Data Encryption Options: Secure your encoded data using advanced encryption algorithms such as AES-256, 3DES, RSA, and hybrid methods for maximum confidentiality.
• Data Decryption Options: – Decrypt the encrypted data with your secret kay(s) using the above encyption options.

All generated or decoded barcodes are processed securely, ensuring data privacy and integrity.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration or use.
• Refrain from uploading malicious files, viruses, or scripts.
• Not use the Platform for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes, including data falsification or fraud.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Swanam-ind and other users.
• Take responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Any misuse of the Platform may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

6. Data Security and Encryption

Swanam-ind integrates state-of-the-art encryption technologies to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Platform, including software, algorithms, trademarks, text, graphics, code design, and branding, belongs to Swanam-ind and its licensors.

You may:

• Use barcodes generated through the Platform for personal or commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Violation of this clause may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

8. Payment Terms

Swanam-ind offers both free and premium (paid) services.

• All payments for premium services must be made through authorized payment gateways integrated on the Platform.
• Prices, offers, and subscription plans are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon successful payment, users will gain access to premium features, as described on the Platform.

8.1 Payment Failures

If a payment transaction fails due to network, server, or gateway issues, users will not be charged. Any deducted amount due to payment gateway errors will be automatically refunded within 7–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).

Swanam-ind will not be responsible for delays beyond its control but will assist users in tracking and verifying such transactions.

9. Refund Policy

• Refunds are generally not applicable for successfully completed services (such as barcode generation or decoding).
• However, if a user experiences a technical issue or the service fails to perform as described, they may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to case review.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method used during the transaction.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, Swanam-ind does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical disruptions may temporarily affect service availability.

We will provide prior notice for any planned maintenance whenever possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swanam-ind and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities,
• Service interruptions or unauthorized data access,
• Errors in barcode generation or decoding caused by user input.

Use of Swanam-ind services is entirely at your own risk.

Swanam-ind is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of such third parties.

Users are advised to review the respective third-party terms before use.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Swanam-ind at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate any of these Terms;
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior;
• Required by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, all your data, keys, and generated outputs may be deleted as per our data retention policy.
